Description:
Really well cared for once and twice used barrels. All French oak. Always kept in a cold chai with sousing solution that is regularly changed. Barrel washing has been regular with high pressure, hot water, and ozone. Barrels do not leak. All wines in these barrels have been Brett free and clean, bottled without any filtration. Years range from 2021 to 2024 but all are fresh and clean.
