All French Oak Burgundy shaped barrels used for Merry Edwards Winery Pinot Noir - filled only 10 months at a time for each use.
2023 Twice filled - $290 : 50 available
2022 Three times filled - $180 : 92 available
2021 Four times filled - $90 : 20 available
Coopers include: Francois Freres, Doreau, Cadus, D&J, Seguin Moreau, Marsannay
These barrels are very clean inside and out. They have been steam cleaned and maintained with SO2 gas once a month.
