Darnajou, Cadus, Sylvain, St. Martin, Orion barrels primarily first filled in 2021, a few 2022's available also. Wine was tested Brett-free multiple times, barrels have been steamed and are stored in humidified, temp-controlled warehouse. All bbl are red bordeaux thin-stave, most are M+ toast.
