Chaim Gur-Arieh, Ph.D., brings decades of scientific innovation, food and beverage product development, and commercial manufacturing experience to winemaking.

Before founding CG Di Arie, he developed successful products and manufacturing technologies for major American brands. He founded Food Development Corporation and California Brands Flavors, building a successful commercial enterprise that he sold in 1998.

Chaim subsequently purchased undeveloped land in the Sierra Foothills, developed the vineyards and infrastructure, and personally designed and built CG Di Arie Vineyard & Winery.

His winery incorporates gravity-fed production, climate-controlled facilities, specialized fermentation equipment, and his patented submerged-cap fermentation technology.

**Contract Winemaking & Production:** Custom fermentation, cellar management, maturation, blending, and production programs for independent and established wine brands.

**Private-Label Wine:** Wine selection, custom blending, product development, packaging coordination, and full-service production support.

**Finished Bulk Wine:** Premium California wines available for qualified commercial buyers, established brands, blending programs, and private-label clients. Inventory and pricing are discussed privately.
