Patz & Hall Winery is offering crush, fermentation and barrel aging space for the 2027 vintage. We are seeking long-term partnerships with successful brands in search of space to grow.

The winery is conveniently located 15 minutes west of Napa and 5 minutes east of Sonoma. Red wine capacity includes open top fermentation tanks ranging in size from 5 to 13 tons. Closed top tanks are optimally sized for larger fermentations, ranging from 10 to 30 tons. White pressing and fermentation ability is extensive, with pneumatic presses accommodating lots from 3 tons to 45 tons. Tall, closed top tanks are optimal for settling and racking to barrel as well as stainless steel fermentation.
