We have custom crush capacity available for about 30 tons(2 ton/lot minimum) the 2021 harvest. Pricing is dependent on your wine program. The winery has space for fruit processing, more than enough space for barrel storage, with some closed-top jacked tanks ideal for 3-6 ton white OR rose lots. We also have significant space for indoor equipment storage. Our lab has basic capabilities, including: Brix, pH, ML, SO2, and ETOH. We have on staff a consulting winemaker for consultations. '
