Since 2012, SCV Custom Crush Services has been a premier destination for hand-crafted, award-winning wines in the Central Coast, Paso Robles, Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Los Angeles regions. Our facility has helped produce over 100 individual wines scoring 90+ points from the industry's top three wine publications for our clients.

We are currently accepting applications for Alternating Proprietorship (A/P) and Custom Crush partnerships for the 2026 harvest and beyond.
Our ideal partners produce 5–40 tons annually and are looking for a professional facility that can support the entire winemaking process with full consultation included—from crush through aging and bottling.
