Patz & Hall runs a modern, built to suit winery located just outside the town of Sonoma.

For Vintage 2026 we are seeking clients making later-ripening red varieties as well as white wines.
Ideal lot sizes are 5 to 40 tons. We have both open top and closed top tanks available for red fermentation.
For white production we have ample pressing capacity, settling tanks and ageing square footage.
