Conveniently located along Highway 46 West in westside Paso Robles, Fortress Custom Crush is a high-touch, full-service winemaking facility that serves clients from the crush pad to the bottle. A wide range of volumes are serviced with fermentors available from one ton to 24 tons across a variety of vessels, including small bins, concrete, oak and traditional stainless-steel fermenters.
We can accommodate grape deliveries in 5 Ton Gondolas, 1/2 Ton Picking Bins, and even FYB's!
Open to AP's and/or traditional custom crush.
Fortress Custom Crush is the premier provider of custom crush winemaking in Paso Robles. Helmed by General Manager and Director of Winemaking Jeremy Leffert, Fortress Custom Crush serves clients from the crush pad to the bottle with an unparalleled combination of versatility, expertise and results.
