Obsidian Wine Company, in our 8th Street East facility in Sonoma, has 20-200T’s of capacity to host a custom crush client or AP for the upcoming 2026 harvest as well as bulk wine storage capacity. As with our own high-end program, we provide top-quality winemaking and production from an experienced team. An ideal client would lean towards early-ripening varietals (when we have more capacity), and crush in 4-20T lot sizes however we are flexible for the right client. We have an assortment of tanks from 20 tons down to 2 ton fermenters and everything in between. And separate, temperature and humidity controlled barrel rooms.
