Legend Napa Valley Custom Crush leverages decades of industry experience crafting ultra premium award-winning wines to offer a production facility for clients of varying sizes. Our mission is to help you create great wine that exceeds your expectations.

We offer all aspects of custom crush services with our focus on our customer’s creative vision for their wine. We implement an individual program for each client, tailored to your specified winemaking requirements for your grapes. We utilize a customized automated pumpover system for each client.

SERVICES
Production:
•  Legend Napa Valley offers full service production options to our custom crush clients out of our 25,000 square foot facility.
•  Pressing, crushing, fermentation and blending options for both red and white grapes using our state of the art equipment.
•  Capable of running hot and cold glycol plumbed to every tank ensures your fermentation is controlled to your specifications.

Bottling: Our facility is set up to accommodate mobile bottling lines so that wines can be produced and bottled in our facility.

Storage: We offer both tank and barrel storage to all our custom crush clients depending on their needs. Tank storage is available outside of harvest months.
