Historic quality-focused winery in Los Carneros (southern Napa) focused on Burgundian varietals has limited custom crush capacity available for the 2026 harvest & beyond. Looking for long-term partnerships with alternating proprietors focused on lots sized between 4 and 15 tons (single lot or multiple lots in that range).
Cluster to bulk or cluster to bottle & everything in between.

Ideal client fit
•  Wine types: Whites, reds, and rosés (still wines)
•  Winemakers seeking a clean, professional, detail-driven production environment and full cellar support
•  Services available (as needed) Crush/press, fermentation management, temperature-controlled tank space
•  Barrel program support / storage
•  Basic lab/QA coordination (as applicable)
•  Bottling coordination possible depending on timeline

Available infrastructure
•  Open & closed top temperature-controlled fermenters (4-15 tons)
•  Cap management: pump overs (centrifugal & volumetric pumps), punch downs, pulse-air
•  Temperature controlled barrel room (55F)
•  3 to 6-ton bladder press
•  Nitrogen generator
•  Ceramic membrane crossflow filter (Della Toffola)
•  State of the art GAI bottling line
