HVW Custom Crush Services – Dundee, OR

HVW Custom Crush has available production capacity for the 2026 vintage and beyond. We are located in Dundee, with easy access from all Willamette Valley vineyards. We are privately owned, professional, and we take pride in partnering with our clients to help them produce outstanding wine.

Services we offer include Custom Crush, and our facility features excellent processing equipment, cold storage for staging of incoming fruit, destemming/pressing, & barrel aging in our temperature & humidify controlled barrel room. We have bottling equipment onsite for filling, capsuling & labeling, or we can work with outside bottling services to meet your needs.

We can also provide a complete private label service for hotels or restaurants looking for a high quality Willamette Valley bottling that can capture higher margins for you on your BTG offerings. We are growers too, and can provide the grapes from our biodynamic & organic farmed sites, or work with your fruit sources. We have in-house label design capabilities for those with distribution who are launching a new private label.
