Brick & Mortar Custom Crush (formerly known as Healdsburg Custom Crush) is situated in downtown Healdsburg in the heart of Russian River Valley, Dry Creek Valley, and Alexander Valley, and has limited availability for the 2026 harvest. We specialize in premium small-lot production ranging from 3 to 25 tons, including sparkling wine production.

Our cutting-edge equipment features a fully automated optical sorting line, two bladder presses, over 25 open and closed-top fermenters, and a variety of tanks ranging from 180 to 6,500 gallons.

Additionally, we offer an on-site bottling line, along with a complete riddling and disgorging line for small-lot sparkling wine production. Our comprehensive services span from grape to bottle and include a fully equipped laboratory featuring our SPICA automatic enzymatic analyzer. APs are also welcomed.
