Applications for 2026 being accepted. We offer Crush/Flush, Bulk, Bottle (shiners to labeled) production. Tamber Bey Vineyards, based in Calistoga, is a leading wine-making facility. Tamber Bey focuses on ultra-premium wine production for lots from 2 up to 100+ tons. Our modern winery is designed for quality, with a skilled wine-making team and cellar staff who tailor every protocol to client preferences.

Clients benefit from advanced technology, including Innovint for real-time wine data access, and expert in-house compliance support for smooth project transitions. The facility also offers alternating proprietor opportunities, allowing AP (02) clients to host guests in the tasting room and ship wine directly to most states, bypassing typical wholesaler license limits.

Tamber Bey’s versatile winemaking capabilities accommodate a range of needs: tank- or barrel-fermented whites, destemmed or whole-cluster Pinot and Syrah, and Bordeaux reds. The winery is equipped with top-tier equipment such as Europresses, hand-sorting tables, Delta Oscillys destemmer, optical sorter, gentle must pumps, barrel washers, ozone generator, and temperature/humidity-controlled barrel rooms. There are open and closed top tanks of various sizes, supporting diverse production requirements.

Our custom crush service includes KMBS/6% SO2, nutrients, yeast, malolactic bacteria, dry ice during harvest, lab analysis, low minimums, and up to four bottling runs per year. Processing fees depend on aging time.
