Flying Goat Cellars has extra space for Custom Crush Clients for this coming 2025 harvest! Our winemaking team has over 40 years of experience working in the wine industry. Here at Flying Goat, we offer boutique custom crush winemaking services for small production brands. The minimum amount is 3 tons; the maximun is 30 tons of grapes for this harvest. Included services are the following.

•  Cold storage room for fruit prior to processing
•  2600 HL EuroPress Bladder Press Whole Cluster Pressing
•  Zickler Destemmer
•  Barrel Storage with all French Oak barrels
•  Barrel Topping every two weeks
•  1.5-ton T-bins for Red Fermentation
•  550 & 750 gal. jacketed tanks with cooling
•  Temperature controlled white and red fermentation
•  Plate & Frame filtration
