Paradise Ridge Winery is a 300-ton production facility located in Santa Rosa, California. We're currently offering limited custom crush capacity for clients seeking a solution for unsold fruit or looking to capitalize on late-season fruit deals. We have availability toward the back end of harvest, particularly for later-ripening varietals.
This opportunity is structured as a crush, ferment, and ship arrangement, with finished wine transported out via tanker. Please note: barrel storage is currently at full capacity, so long-term storage on-site is not available.
Client Responsibilities:
Supply grapes
Provide winemaking protocol and all required additives for fermentation
Coordinate removal and transfer of finished wine to an off-site storage facility
Facility Provides:
All necessary equipment
Tank space and labor
Dry ice and SO2 for processing
Payment Terms:
50% of estimated tonnage invoiced and paid prior to fruit delivery
Remaining 50% based on actual tonnage, invoiced and paid before wine is removed from the facility
