Located in San Luis Obispo, Edna (formerly Edna Valley Vineyard) is available for custom crush.
We are a 100% custom crush operation, grape to bottle
White grape lot sizes range from 2 to 22 tons
Red grape lot sizes range from 1 to 10 tons, open top fermenters and punch down is available
We have four membrane presses; 3000 liters, 5000 liters and two 15000 liters
Grape sorting available
Subterranian barrel storage
Alternating Proprietor (AP) space available
Over harvest storage is available as well. Tank sizes range from 4,000 to 25,000 gallons.
The winery was recently purchased by a group of local vineyards, winery and restaurant owners. Stephen Dooley is the General Manager of Production and Tyler Eck is the Winemaker. We have a friendly well-trained and knowledgeable staff.
