Mauritson Wines has custom crush space available for the 2025 harvest! We are located in the heart of Dry Creek Valley, only three miles from downtown Healdsburg, Sonoma County. Custom crush is in our DNA! We have been successfully offering superior custom crush services for over 20 years in our organic and sustainably certified facility. We started out as a custom crush client and when we built our winery in 2004, custom crush was a core part of our business model. We produce 7,000 cases of wine and offer the same attention to detail and quality driven approach for all of our clients. Our focus is on premium production with incredible flexibility. Having been on both sides of the equation, we want to create a win/win to allow our clients to make the best wines possible. We can ferment lots as small as 1 ton and as large as 33. Our premium equipment includes sorting tables, multiple bladder presses, open and closed-top fermenters, numerous racking and storage tanks with heating and cooling capabilities, and humidity and temperature controlled barrel storage. We offer full service from grape to bottle and anything in-between. With more than 80 years combined winemaking experience on our staff, we are here for you. Our lab is fully equipped to run all standard wine analysis in addition to more complex analyses such as phenolic assays. Each client has access to Innovint's winery management platform.
