Contribute $5,000 per month toward the monthly lease on our fully-equipped winery in San Francisco. It's a turn key operation with air cooling, glycol-cooled fermenters and tanks, drains, filtered water, 208 volt 3 phase electrical, and all kinds of various winery toys including an excellent press, destemmer and sorting system. There's also a tasting room area that is licensed as well as 2 offices, a kitchen area, a lab area and some storage rooms.

If you want to move your operations to this 8,200 square foot winery, you wouldn't have to buy the equipment, but you could use it for all of your winemaking needs. You potentially could collect custom crush income from the existing 02 clients at the facility. We have one custom crush client already who wants to join this partnership, we are looking for two more.

If you entered into our custom crush facility, and you have an 02 license, you could have unlimited wine events and tastings for your brand.
