NCF has been providing custom crush services since 2016, sometimes processing over 500 tons in a single harvest season, with nearly 150 ferments. NCF utilizes the gentlest sorting equipment the industry has to offer, which includes a WECO® Optical Sorter. The Optical Sorter uses high-resolution cameras in conjunction with many high-speed processors and complex algorithms to detect and reject material other than grape (MOG), ensuring only the highest quality fruit reaches the fermenter.

Top-of-the-line Lab Equipment
NCF uses an Admeo SPICA analyzer that provides quick lab results using enzymatic and colorimetric methods. This ensures accurate and efficient results throughout the winemaking process. Additional equipment and services include autotitration for acidity (pH &TA) and Free SO2, Digital Ebulliometer for alcohol, and utilizing Vintrace software for real time analysis tracking.

We have ready-to-bottle bulk and quality wines available. All it needs is a label!

NCF’s large-capacity tanks allow us to ferment and press your bulk wines of any size. You can have your bulk wine ready for shipment as early as January.
