Located in San Luis Obispo, Edna (formerly Edna Valley Vineyard) is available for custom crush. The facility is primarily designed to receive truckload (20+ tons) size lots of white grapes in two and/or five-ton gondolas. Grapes are de-juiced via drain screens in the receiving hopper and then transferred via belts to two 15,000 liter Bucher presses. Tank sizes range from 4,000 to 25,000 gallons. Juice from settled lees is recovered by a high solids crossflow filter. Fermentation and storage available through summer 2026.

The winery was recently purchased by a group of local vineyard, winery and restaurant owners. Stephen Dooley is the General Manager of Production and Tyler Eck is the Winemaker.
