Bjornson Vineyard has custom crush space available for the upcoming 2025 vintage and beyond. We are in the Eola-Amity Hills and specialize in producing small-lot Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sparkling wines, and other specialty varieties.
Our custom crush services cater to various levels of involvement at competitive prices. Client minimum is 5 tons, Alternating Proprietorship considered, and Consultant Winemaking available. Grape sales from our two estate vineyards encompassing 15 varieties are also prioritized to be sold to our custom crush clients.
Our dedicated Harvest Crew is trained to process wines for both Bjornson and our clients. Our cellar is kept clean and organized, no Funky/Dirty winemaking. Pricing is per ton processed with minimal to no extra charges, ensuring quality winemaking at a competitive rate.
We also offer Private Label winemaking for those not interested in Custom Crush production or under our grape tonnage minimum. This allows restaurants, retailers, companies, or teams can have their own wine label without any production hassles. Different price tier options are available and case minimums apply.
