Located in downtown Healdsburg we are looking for 50 - 100 tons in custom crush or AP capacity. Our facility is newly renovated and is currently set up for small lot ferments.

For red production our facility is equipped with an elevated processing line with a rotovib destemmer with roller attachments, a range of open top, jacketted, tanks from 2 ton to 6 ton capacities, and a number of macro 48s.

For whites, we offer a 4 ton press that is able to press both whole cluster as well as destemmed fruit. Both barrel fermentations as well as SS closed-top tank fermentations are available.

We are open to both CC as well as AP clients and offer competitive pricing based on total tonnage.
