Sequitur at The Etzel Farm, located in the Ribbon Ridge AVA of the Willamette Valley, is now inviting applicants (preferably custom crush, but AP also considered) to join our curated team of winemakers at our historic, restored dairy farm.
This client will have the opportunity to process up to 20 tons of fruit; predominately red fruit. We are ideally looking for a producer that grows or purchases organic or biodynamically grown fruit. The producer should have a heart for all aspects of the winemaking process from grape growing, to vinifying, to indulging in, and sharing inspirational bottles around the harvest dinner table.
Our production facility includes a state of the art Euromachine/Scharfenberger processing line and a membrane press from Euro Machines all operated by a harvest crew of 4 and managed by a leadership team with 30+ years of winemaking experience. Winemaking consultation is available.
