If you have excess fruit, don't leave your investment to the birds — Beacon Hill Winery can help process your fruit for your own label or the bulk market. Beacon Hill Winery, located just 30 minutes from Beaverton, OR (on Laughlin Rd next to Fairsing Vyd), has custom crush space available for this harvest season. We meticulously manage every aspect of production, from crush to bottling. This includes barrel topping, dry goods logistics, and comprehensive equipment and facility sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and care. Our prices range from $2,500 to $3,000 per ton (approximately $43 per case), depending on volume, style, and any custom requests you may have.
Our Offerings: Our team is led by a winemaker with over 10 years of experience in both small and large fermentations and seasoned custom crush management. We are NOT a large corporate operation making wine by process with rigid processes and rules, we work directly one on one with you to craft the best wine from your site. We provide a full sorting line, including a very gentle Rauch destemmer, a 2-ton Europress (bladder), high-pressure barrel washer, barrel steamer, and 180°F hot water. Our underground cellar ensures constant temperature and humidity for barrel storage. We also offer basic lab analysis, blending tanks, glycol chilling, food-grade nitrogen and argon, and dry ice during harvest, along with other essential equipment for wine production.
Additional Services: While we provide extensive winemaking services, certain items are not included, such as cased goods storage, barrels and racks, packaging materials (though we can assist with ordering), filtering and bottling fees (which can be facilitated on-site with a mobile bottling truck), and a customer/client tasting space.
Opportunities: There is also potential for alternating proprietorship (AP) space and bulk wine production. Our spacious facility includes over 5,000 sq ft of below-ground cellar space, premium winemaking equipment (including a Euro-press wine press, Rauch de-stemmer, Santa Rosa stainless tanks with Tanknet glycol connections, and a sorting line), and much more.
