We have two warehouse wineries in the nicest industrial area in San Francisco, fully-equiped for small to medium-sized custom crush operations. Once your grapes are delivered to our winery in San Francisco, the winemaking begins, and your wines can stay in barrel or tank until they're bottled. If you're already a winemaker, a novice who wants to learn, or a winery owner who wants us to make your wines, we could be the facility you've been searching for. Our price per ton includes all the time your wine will spend at the winery, from harvest through bottling, except for barrels and bottling materials. We charge $3000 per ton for most styles of wine, with a slight discount for wines bottled within 6 months of harvest.

There is a tasting room on site for 02 clients to use.

For the 2024 winemaking season, we have room for up to 50 more tons. Please send us an email to inquire and come see us.

We're only 1 hour from Napa, 1.5 hours from Santa Rosa, 1.5 hours from Salinas and 1.75 hours from Lodi.
