Russian River Custom Crush is conveniently located in the heart of the Russian River Valley on Olivet Rd. We are a full-service custom crush facility offering a variety of services including white juicing (WC or MH), Fermentation, bulk storage, inhouse analysis, and consulting winemaking.

Our facility is equipped with 4 presses that can handle up to up to 25T+ destemmed or 12T+ WC.

Tank sizes Range from 1400gal-10K gal

12T OT tanks equipped with a pneumatic PD system.

Juice Concentration.

Multiple Filtration Services available including crossflow, Ion exchange and Lees recovery.
