The Ross Road Custom Crush winemaking team is welcoming clients for the 2021 harvest! Family owned and conveniently located off Hwy 116 between Graton and Forestville, our facility caters to small batch, attention to detail winemaking. With a 3 ton client minimum and 1 ton individual lot size we can help you hand craft your red and white wines from grape to bottle. T-bins and 4 ton open top fermenters are our specialty though we can accommodate lots up to 20 tons in closed top fermenters. We deliver hand sorted fruit to a Puleo destemmer and also have both a 2 ton and a 6 ton tank press. Copious barrel storage and stainless steel tank capacity exists to accommodate your wines. Our 4 custom crush package options range from do it yourself style to full service including on-site lab services, cross-flow bottle preparation, bottling on our brand new GAI 3006 monoblock, with cork and screwcap capability, and package finishing on our new GAI 6063 foiler and pressure sensitive labeler.
