Obsidian Wine Company, in the 8th Street East winemaking facility in Sonoma, has 15-150T of capacity to host custom crush, fruit processing, crush and flush, pressing, and/or other harvest operations.
As with our own high-end program, we provide top-quality winemaking and production, with an assortment of tanks ranging from 2T open-tops to 20T fermenters and everything in between. Cluster sorting capability as well as gentle, top filling for open-tops. We also have a state-of-the-art must pump for larger volume tanks. We also have three separate climate and humidity controlled barrel rooms. Perfect for cold barrel fermentations or a warmer barrel room for getting those tough secondary fermentations through to completion.
Experienced and well trained cellar crew that know how to work with clients and treat their wine as if it's ours.
