Our facility was designed as a winery from the ground up in 2009 which allows us to be extremely effective for production and cleanliness.
Our outside crush pad is covered to protect our fruit processing from the most extreme elements.
Two barrel rooms allow us to both heat (for malolactic fermentation) and chill (for aging or cold white fermentations) barrels at the same time.
All our tanks (closed and open tops) are permanently hooked up to both hot and cold glycol to allow for excellent fermentation temperature control.
Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning protocols keep the facility free of microbes allowing you to produce the wines you want!
