LEASE OPPORTUNITY

Nicasio Valley Vineyard is a one-acre, organically farmed hillside vineyard split between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with an average yield per variety of 1.5 tons. The site sits at 320 feet above sea level, seven miles from the Pacific Ocean and Point Reyes and is planted on loam and sandstone soils.

Still wines (Chardonnay, Rosé, and Pinot Noir) and sparkling wines have been produced from the site as its coastal location provides ideal growing conditions for high natural acidity while having long hang time for full phenolic development. The Chardonnay's show citrus and stone fruit with a lovely mineral component and medium body; the Pinot Noir's are red and black fruited with incredible freshness and depth, along with a touch of beautiful savory notes from the nearby forest and ocean.

For the next lessor, farming practices must remain organic. We have a tractor on site along with other miscellaneous and relevant items.
