Union School vineyard, located west of Junction City, Lane County, in the Lower Long Tom AVA.
!6 acres of mature vines (14 acres Pinot Noir, 1 acre Sauvignon Blanc, 1/2 acre Chenin Blanc and 1/2 acre Riesling,
dry farmed on Bellpine Soil, south slope, 450 to 600 ft elevation. One acre is currently being replanted to
Pinot Noir with a better rootstock option.
The property is zoned EFU, which allows for a winery and a tasting room. A defunct mobile home sits on the property
to protect replacement status for a new home. Property has electricity, septic system and a very good well.
This property is perfect for a 3500 to 4000 case winery but if you think bigger the adjacent 15 acre vineyard
lease is also available.
The vineyard is well maintained, and we are expecting a crop of 50 tons of Pinot Noir, 4 tons Sauvignon Blanc,
2 tons Chenin Blanc and 3 tons of Riesling
If you buy this vineyard now, the 2025 vintage crop will be included.
