Organically and dry farmed, grafted Pint noir (Pommard, Wadenswil, 667 and 777) on RG, 7x4 spacing, 20 acres of vines. Planted in 2014 by Results Partners with south facing slope on volcanic and sedimentary soils. LIVE certified. Past clients include Abbot Claim, Soter, Purple Hands and Ken Wright Cellars.

Owner would like to keep the vineyard maintained and in production. Lease would be for vineyard management cost only, either by current vineyard management company or lessee's team. Tractor and implements (disc, 3-in-1 cultivator, sprayer, rotary cutter) are also available for use at cost.
