Sugar level in 2024 was 24 Brix. Vineyard is fenced and implements are available: tractor, front loader, sprayer, Clemens inrow weeder, Nobili mulcher, rotary tiller, three-in-one. Organic certification is not required, but organic farming is necessary. Our grapes have been vinified by Dobbes Family Estates, Andrew Rich Wines and Swick Wines (including single estate bottling).
