JULON VINEYARD IS A REMARKABLE OPPORTUNITY to participate in the ever-rewarding winemaking industry. Eola-Amity Hills AVA is known for its well-suited soils and climate, creating the perfect storm for balanced acidity, growing delicate wines you cannot find anywhere else. Rich, diverse soils and coastal winds soothing the Willamette Valley make it ideal for grapes to be developed with complex, yet harmonious taste.
Sitting on 48.79 acres, the property ranges from 225 to 410 feet in elevation, with southern and southwestern slopes facing the Oregon Coast Range. Planted in 2007, the vineyard is divided into seven blocks along the upper half of the property and covers 16.35 acres. Throughout these blocks are four different Pinot Noir clones – Pommard, Wadenswil, Dijon 115 and Dijon 777, and a small area of Chardonnay clones (76 and 648) which were grafted in 2016. The vines are grafted onto phylloxera-resistant rootstocks 3309 and 101-14.
This dry-farmed vineyard was planted and has been managed by Results Partners, a well-known and respected wine management company, and has been producing beautiful fruit making it very marketable and successful for retention of grape contracts. Surrounded by neighboring vineyards producing critically acclaimed fine wines such as Eola Springs, Sojourner and Schindler — this area is prime vineyard land.
The manufactured home is the perfect placeholder to build an estate home granting you peace and privacy while taking in the spectacular views of the vineyard, valley and coastal range beyond.
