45 acre vineyard, winery, tasting room located off scenic Michigan Highway M-22. There are three producing vineyards under management with 25 acres of vines planted at the winery site together with 5 acres and 30 acres of vines at off-site (leased) vineyards located within a five-mile radius of the winery. Annual winey production currently is 6000 gal stainless steel, 1400 gal barrel, 500 gal concrete. Vineyard planting started in 2004 and wine production in 2010. Wine style program has matured the balance of inventory management with strong brands in the white, white blends, rose, sparkling, reds, red blends and aromatized wines. Many double-gold, gold, silver and bronze medals together with a Jefferson Cup trophy have been awarded as a testimony to the quality of the grape growing and wine making.

Specialized crush pad and cellar equipment includes Scharfenberger press, ladder, crusher-destemmer, must pump, 2 flexible propeller pumps, basket press with two baskets for reds and ice wine. Stainless steel open top fermenter bins for reds and all the necessary picking buckets and bins to handle harvest.

The tasting room sits in the middle of the vineyard with stunning views in all directions and a driver club away from West Traverse Bay. The architecture style is summarized as an elegant Leelanau farmhouse with post and beam construction, two-sided fireplace and without one step throughout the space and lawn. The care of the vines is as close to biodynamic without the certification and the building is powered by sun tracking solar panels. The layout of the tasting room is designed to host events and weddings with a tented area that will accommodate up to 200 guests.

Two barns are included with the big barn storing the vineyard equipment including Two NH tractors, sprayer, ATV, golf cart and various vine-care attachments. Small barn is used for barrel aging and storage for crushing equipment. The site also includes a professional landscaped ceremony hill for weddings and a two acre site dedicated for a country inn development.

This property is a rare opportunity offer in an up and coming wine region.
