Downtown Healdsburg Winery via Alternate Proprietor / Custom Crush arrangement.
We are moving to a new location that we are building over the next year or so. While this is happening we do not need most of our current production capacity.
It is located in a newish rollup door warehouse in downtown Healdsburg, behind city hall with offices, kitchen/lab and tasting room, bathrooms & shower area. 3000 sq feet, plus 1500 sq feet on 2nd floor.
It is appropriate for about 3000 cases annually, with plenty of parking which allows for large events, like Barrel Tasting and Dry Creek Passport etc, but has no built in limit on production.
Includes access to, High Temp Glasswasher, Stove, Dishwasher, refrigerator..
Minimum monthly fees are likely @ $7,000 per month with a one to two year agreement (can be more), and a $7,000 deposit. You must have (or get) appropriate insurance.
There are no water or sewage fees.
Agreement will be based on tonnage, and storage with a minimum per month.
