Customers are mostly summer and holiday visitors to the island and the tasting room provides a fun island social center. We bonded the entire grounds for picnics with tables, chairs, and yard games. The price includes all equipment to care for the vineyard and grounds, including 3 tractors (2 running), 2 new riding mowers, sprayers, various tractor attachments. Price also includes all winery equipment. Existing wine bulk inventory will need to be transferred per legal requirments of state and TTB. You would have to form your own LLC and then we can transfer permits and licenses over to new owners. Production is around 200-300 cases per year depending on harvest. There is some room to expand the vineyard in the area we now have a young orchard planted.
