Downtown Healdsburg Winery for lease via an Alternate Proprietor arrangement.
It is completely turnkey.
We are moving to a new location that we are building over the next year. While this is happening we do not need most of our current production facility.
It is located in a newish rollup door warehouse in downtown Healdsburg, behind city hall with all the winemaking equipment included, with offices, kitchen/lab and tasting room, bathrooms & shower area. 3000 sq feet, plus 1500 sq feet on 2nd floor.
It is appropriate for about 3000 cases annually, with plenty of parking which allows for large events, like Barrel Tasting and Dry Creek Passport etc.
This will include Tanks, Bins, Pumps, Forklift, Pallet Jack, Destemmer, Sorting Line, Press, Barrel Steamer & Steam Pressure Washer, hoses, and cold storage, racks and lab equipment, High Temp Glasswasher, Stove, Dishwasher, refrigerators, washer + dryer, Bar, Bigscreen TV, Tasting Room furniture etc, phone & networking setup.
We can include 5-20 tons of prime Pinot Noir contracts as well, from 5 different name vineyards, and/or bulk or bottled Pinot Noir to get you started.
Asking Rate is $10,000 OBO per month with a one to two year lease (can be more), and a $25,000 deposit. You must have (or get) appropriate insurance.
There are no water or sewage fees, but we will need to split the electric & telephone/internet/cable fairly.
Timeframe is immediately, and/or over the next few months.
