Description:
Mountain grown Grenache from El Dorado's Pleasant Valley. Organically farmed but not certified. Includes Tablas, Alban, and Italian clonal selections. A very small amount of Syrah in the blend (7%) stabilizes color and adds depth, while also enhancing balance and complexity. Currently aging in larger wood vessels (500L), some smaller barrels, and stainless steel. No new oak, with all barrels being 3 years old, or older. A classice Grenache in every way. Motivated to move entire volume.
