Description:
Loire Valley styled Cabernet Franc from a high-elevation ridge top in El Dorado County. Predominantly Loire Valley clones with vine age ranging from 15 to 50+ years old. Fully organically farmed but not certified. Super clean cherry and floral aromatics, medium-full bodied, with a firm yet balanced structure and balanced acidity. A fine Cab Franc on its own or should do exactly what Cab Franc does well in a Bordeaux blend. Pricing flexible for the full volume, less so for smaller lots.
