Description:
Mountain grown Malbec at just below 3000 feet in El Dorado County. Organically farmed, but not certified. Deep dark color, but round plush mouthfeel. Solid chemistry, clean, no flaws of any kind. Currenlty aging in neutral oak between 3-8 years of age. A superb blender that can add color, mid-palate density, and clean fruit while extending volume and not imposing any overt varietal character. Also, a classic mountain grown Malbec in its own right. Pricing negotiable for taking entire lot.
