Description:
Winemaking Notes: The 2025 Semi-Dry Riesling was picked between October 8th and 9th, giving the fruit time to develop juicy tropical flavors. The grapes were pressed gently and fermented cool to preserve the delicate aromas. The wine was then blended, heat stabilized and treated with electrodialysis for cold stability. This Riesling comes from Four Feathers Vineyard in the Columbia Valley, sitting on silty loan soils and is farmed organically, resulting in low yields and concentrated flavors.
