Chateau Diana Winery is currently looking to purchase Clean-Crafted bulk wines in quantities of 1,500 gallons or less per lot. Open to any Appellation and varietal.
We are specifically looking for wines produced using a very limited ingredient profile:
•  Grapes / base wine
•  Tartaric acid – naturally derived
•  Malolactic bacteria
•  Yeast – non-GMO
•  Sulfites (SO2)
•  Carbon dioxide (CO2)
