Premium quality Fiddletown 2000 ft elevation Cabernet Sauvignon comprised of two “cult” clones 04 and 337. Elegantly handcrafted at our winery with careful hand sorting, manual punch downs, gentle bladder press.
2023 is aged with French oak ~60% new. Blended as 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 5% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot. 300 gallons available
2024 aged with French Oak ~60% new. Not blended. 720 gallons available.
Minimum purchase 300 gallons.
