Moon Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, 6 tons left, first half picked 9/17 at 23.2 brix. Shallow clay soils into yellow/orange rhyolite. Planted in 1998 by Phil Coturri. 2 cane VSP, 5x8 spacing. Volunteer cover crop, only sulfur dust used in the vineyard, not certified but farmed organically.
