Getting close to perfect. Brix 26.7 on 9/11--beautiful rose color and very nice acidity.
One ton at $2000/ton. Wine made from this block can be tasted at Caliza's End of the Day Winery in Tin City and at Absolution Cellars in Morro Bay (2024 Rose of Graciano). The rose of Graciano received a "Hidden Gem" award and Gold medal at the Central Coast Wine Competition.
Sustainably farmed vineyard at 1500 feet elevation, Linne-Calodo soil. Low yield with 11 x 7 spacing and limited irrigation.
