Description:
Premium Soda Canyon Grenache made from head trained organic grapes (certified since planting).
Crushed on 9/30/25, pressed 10/16 and barrel down on 10/17 to finish MLF. Topped monthly. First SO2 (since crusher) 2/5/26. Racked off of lees, sulfured and back to barrel 5/20/26.
Great color, fruity spearmint aroma and bright red fruit flavor to be used as a stand alone wine. 20% New French Oak.
Samples available for pick up in Napa.
