Description:
Delicious Dry muscat canelli ready for blending or bottled as a singular wine. This fruit was organically farmed in the Contra Costa delta. The wine was made with minimal intervention. No commercial yeast, fermentation products, or filtration. We do use So2. The fruit received a 48 hour cold soak before pressing and was barrel aged sur lees. We bottle this as a stand alone wine as well as use it in some of our blends. We just can't bottle the full volume we have in inventory.
